Be Creative

Often, we wait for our organizations to bid us “create.” They wont. In reality, all organizations are stuck in their ways. Yet, even though they wont admit it, they long deep down for us to “create.” So, we need to create “unbidden.” Movement leaders create, they operate outside of organizational or institutional borders and expectations.
