Why volunteers wont help us build movements?

I found the following list on Mark Sanborn’s ezine. Sanborn believes there are five reasons why people “don’t do what they are supposed to do.” I wonder if our role as movement builders involves removing these five reasons from the volunteers who are anxious to make their life count for kingdom causes.

1. They don’t know what to do (communication)
2. They don’t know how to do it (training)
3. They don’t know why they should (motivation)
4. They can’t do it (ability) and
5. They won’t do it (insubordination).
