I would validate Tim Keller's "marks of a movement" on all fronts. Our departmental team at MAP acts alot like a movement and has been able to grow in new, innovative ways. We are experiencing a high level of unity, catholicity, sacrifice and spontaneity, and it is staring to "infect" other departments.
